Legal
Privacy
Last updated October 29, 2026. This describes what Fast Hiring Board actually collects and does — not aspirational legal boilerplate.
What we collect
- Contact messages: your name, email, and the message you send us.
- Employer listing requests: the contact name, work email, company, role details and application URL you submit, plus the Standard or Featured plan you choose.
- Job-alert preferences: your email, the industry and optional location you're interested in, and your opt-in confirmation.
We also log standard request metadata (such as the page you came from) for spam prevention and troubleshooting.
Why we use it
To respond to your message, to review and publish employer listings, and to send you alerts when new matching roles are listed — but only after you confirm your opt-in.
What we don't do
- We don't collect or store resumes or job applications.
- We don't sell your data to anyone.
- We don't send marketing without your explicit opt-in, and we don't add you to alerts automatically.
- We don't place you into roles — you apply directly with the employer.
Job listings
Job listings are curated from public employer career pages. We link out to the employer's own application page; once you click through, the employer's privacy practices apply, not ours.
Withdrawal and access
You can withdraw your job-alert opt-in or request that we delete your contact details at any time by emailing us at info@fasthiringboard.com. We'll action it without delay.
